All orders received by 15.00 mon-fri will be despatched for next working day delivery to any UK mainland address (subject to stock). (Upgrade to guaranteed pre-noon delivery is available only in some areas).

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return the goods, you are entitled to return or exchange the goods within 7 days, provided the goods have not been used in any way, and are in the same good condition in which they were received, with their original packing and proof of purchase, then you can choose to receive either a credit to your account or a refund payment.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it at no expense to you. Please contact us on 01444 628 277 or email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival and you would like to arrange for the product to be collected, simply contact us with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
